Leadership Mentoring

My approach involves a highly engaged process that is detailed in my book Develop a Leadership Plan: Become a Great Leader.  The elements of the Leadership Development Plan are outlined in the graphic below.  This is not a traditional approach to leadership development but rather a combination of mentoring you through developing your leadership plan, consulting on high impact elements that fit your circumstances, and then coaching you in growing your leadership capability.  This is done on a highly selective basis. 


 The leadership sessions take approximately two hours each.  Normally, there are six to seven sessions depending on the leaders's situation and maturity.  There is a fee per session.  The Leadership Development Plan is an evergreen document and clients often request ongoing mentoring/consulting in executing their plan.
